Fitness training exercises make your muscles stronger. Some examples are Yoga, lifting weights and using a resistance band. Balance exercises can make it easier to walk on uneven surfaces and help prevent falls.
Our PT trainers works with the student on a consistent basis either individually or in a group setting. This can be provided in the therapy room, playground, or any other location where the student needs to practice motor skills.
